The Backtracker Rail Pass allows unlimited travel on the XPT and Xplorer rail services and connecting coach services to over 360 destinations including Melbourne and Brisbane. The Backtracker Rail Pass also provides access to the capital cities of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra.
The Backtracker Rail Pass is valid from the first day of travel for either 14 days, 1, 3 or 6 months for consecutive travel in any directions.
At least AUD$40 of Sydney CityRail services are included with the Backtracker Rail Pass providing access to the Blue Mountains and Bondi Beach.
